Why do you publish your prices?
Because transparency saves time — yours and ours. You see in advance what range a project or subscription falls into, and in the initial consultation we talk about content instead of budgets.
Are the prices binding?
Project prices are fixed prices after the initial consultation — no hidden costs. Subscription and workshop prices are real entry prices ("from"); the exact price depends on scope and is fixed in advance.
What additional costs should I expect?
Ongoing costs for cloud infrastructure or AI APIs (e.g. Azure, OpenAI) are itemized separately and discussed up front. There are no license fees for software we develop — the code belongs to you.
Is funding available for these services?
Often yes: programs like BAFA consulting grants or regional digitalization programs subsidize consulting and implementation with up to 50%. You will find an overview on our funding page — we support you with the application.
Can I switch between the models?
Yes. The typical path: readiness check → pilot project → AI subscription for operations and expansion. Each stage builds on the previous one; nothing is paid twice.
