How does an in-house workshop work?
After a short preliminary call, we adapt content and exercises to your industry and your systems. The workshop takes place on-site or remotely — including materials, templates, and a summary for all participants.
What does a workshop cost?
A uniform day rate from €2,400 (net) applies — regardless of topic. Half-day formats like "EU AI Act Compact" start at €1,200. Travel costs for on-site sessions are itemized separately.
Do participants need prior knowledge?
No prior knowledge is needed for "AI Fundamentals" and "Prompt Engineering". "n8n Hands-on" is aimed at tech-savvy users and IT teams. In the preliminary call, we clarify which setup fits your team.
Do the workshops fulfill the AI literacy duty from the EU AI Act?
The workshops teach exactly the competencies that Art. 4 EU AI Act requires from companies using AI. You receive a certificate of attendance as evidence for your documentation.
Can workshops be combined?
Yes. Companies often combine "AI Fundamentals" for the whole team with a deeper hands-on session for a department. The day rate decreases when booking multiple days.
Is there ongoing support after the workshop?
Yes — many teams continue after the workshop with the AI subscription, where we implement and operate the identified use cases together. The workshop is the ideal entry point for that.
