Initial Situation

The sales team created proposals manually in Excel and Word. For bulk campaigns targeting several hundred customers, the team was tied up for days. There was no central overview, no tracking, and frequent errors from copy-paste.

Solution

Development of a proposal tool with deep SharePoint integration. Customer data is automatically loaded from the CRM, proposals are generated from templates and stored centrally in SharePoint. A dashboard shows the status of all proposals in real time.

Initial Situation

Every day, 200-300 incoming invoices arrived from various suppliers -- via email, postal mail and portals. Three employees were exclusively occupied with manual data entry and allocation. Error rates and processing times were too high.

Solution

Implementation of AI-powered document processing. Incoming invoices are automatically classified, relevant data (supplier, amount, line items, cost center) is extracted and transferred to the ERP system. Only exceptions still require human review.

Initial Situation

The client operates showrooms in multiple countries and wanted to enable visitors to order products directly on-site -- without registration, without waiting. The existing system was outdated, not scalable, and could not handle tenant-specific requirements.

Solution

Development of a modern multi-tenant e-commerce platform with token-based access. Visitors receive a token that grants them shop access and a credit balance. The platform supports multiple tenants with individual product catalogs, pricing and branding. Fully containerized with infrastructure as code.
